The contract mainly involves the delivery, implementation, setup, migration, provision, management, maintenance, support and further development of a case management system as a SaaS service, including the realisation of the links specified in the Statement of Requirements, the conversion and migration of data from the current case management system, the setup and maintenance of a pre-production environment, and the provision of training and documentation.
