Description

Lump-sum contract for works - The project involves the installation of a multi-fuel boiler (wood pellets, class A wood, miscanthus...) with a capacity of 300 KW in the recently commissioned boiler room, which was put into service in October 2025 and supplies the Urban Heat Network of Grand Poitiers. It was designed to accommodate 2 boilers, the first of 5 MW, which is already operational and runs solely on wood pellets. The addition of the second boiler is therefore taking place in an operational boiler room. This lot aims to: Provide electrical power to a distribution cabinet: boiler / electrostatic filter / primary pump exchanger from the TGBT. Provide electrical power from the boiler to the motors: extraction/dessiler motor, screw conveyor motor, transfer screw conveyor motor, horizontal deslagging motor, vertical deslagging motor. Provide electrical power to the secondary pump exchanger of lot 02 hydraulics from the TGBT or the existing hydraulic TD in the boiler room's secondary system. Cable the boiler instrumentation (according to the scope of work diagram). Cable the instrumentation of the new hydraulic circuits according to PID. The contracting authority reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE. The services may be divided into a firm section and one or more optional sections. If applicable, the sections will be described in the DCE offer phase.
