Germany – Engineering services – Neubau Funktionstrakt Eschwege Medizin- und Labortechnik

Within the framework of a long-term target planning, Klinikum Werra-Meißner intends to construct a functional wing of approximately 1,000 m² net usable floor area at its location in Eschwege. The cost estimate for work sections 200-700 amounts to 15 million euros gross. The new building will be connected to the existing structure via connecting corridors. The key functional areas will be two cardiac catheterisation laboratories, the endoscopy unit, and the laboratory of the hospital. Planning start: August 2026, Construction start: July 2027, Construction completion: December 2028. The architectural design has already been commissioned, the building services and structural engineering design will be procured separately in the near future.
