The contract covers the inspection of roof safety arrangements, which shall be carried out continuously following a call from selected properties. The purpose of the inspection is to ensure that roof safety arrangements and access routes are safe and usable for the intended purpose, and that defects are identified, prioritised and remedial measures are proposed. In addition, the consultant must also be able to, following a call from the Contracting Authority, carry out the proposed measure and perform a final inspection. Welcome with tenders!
