France – Construction-site supervision services – Ordonnancement, Pilotage, Coordination (OPC) pour la rénovation énergétique et la restructuration du bâtiment 13 au lycée Raymond Naves à Toulouse (Opération n° 50305)

In the firm section:

- Energy renovation of building 13 (day centre on 4 floors),

- Restructuring of building 13 to ensure coherence of the premises with the Regional framework. The interventions include, among others:

- Replacement of all external joinery,

- Implementation of a double-flow ventilation system,

- External Thermal Insulation (ETI) of the building,

- Functional restructuring of part of the ground floor and first floor. This is a 4-storey building with approximately 5 300 m². In the optional section:

- Construction of a geothermal probe field. The operation includes:

- Creation of a geothermal probe field for heating buildings 13, 14 and 16,

- Installation of a heat pump/geothermal system in the boiler room,

- Adaptation of the Building Management System (BMS),

- Regulation of the heating equipment of building 13. The provision of temporary premises and the associated removals are part of the operation. These works are currently estimated at approximately 5 300 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax and provisionally include 13 separate lots.
