The contract aims to provide operational support for project management, directly and in close proximity to project teams, in Lyon (69), Chambéry (73) and Clermont-Ferrand (63). The various services that can be entrusted for a project are: • project planning; • project risk analyses; • Project Management Plans (PMP); • Lessons Learned (REX); • archiving of project documents under the GED (optional tranche).
