Netherlands – Consultative engineering and construction services – Technische ontwerp en adviesdiensten

The contract includes, among others, the following disciplines: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, measurement and control engineering, building management systems. The contracting authority expects to need approximately €150.000 (inclusive of VAT) per year. No rights can be derived from this estimate. Maximum value The maximum value of the framework agreement is €900.000 (inclusive of VAT) for the entire duration. The distribution between the two contractors is a maximum of: - Number 1 (based on the evaluation of the application): €500.000 inclusive of VAT - Number 2 (based on the evaluation of the application): €400.000 inclusive of VAT The contracting authority is entitled to terminate the framework agreement if the aforementioned maximum value is spent before the end of the agreed contract duration. The contracting authority shall not be liable for any costs or compensation to the contractor.
