The procurement of Repair, Maintenance, Metrological Verification and Calibration Services for the equipment within the D.R.D.P. CLUJ Laboratory (Framework Agreement for 24 months) The maximum value of the framework agreement is 1,585,937.17 lei excluding VAT; The minimum value of the framework agreement is 1,144,129.09 lei excluding VAT. The largest subsequent contract: 700,000.00 lei excluding VAT. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreements and subsequent contracts are in accordance with the Quantity Lists annexed to the Technical Specification. The present framework agreement does not constitute the legal basis for the commitment of public funds. Based on this framework agreement, subsequent contracts will be awarded which constitute the legal basis for payment. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the contract in accordance with art. 221 of Law 98/2016, provided that these modifications do not fall within the provisions of art. 221 para. 7 of Law 98/2016, i.e. do not constitute a substantial modification. Review clauses cf. art. 221 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority sets a single deadline within which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. *Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A) will be considered late.
