Project preparation for the upcoming general renovation of the Stadthalle Fürth. The services are for project preparation and are intended to lay the groundwork for the subsequent creation of a Functional Specification for implementation (the Functional Specification is not the subject of the tendered service). In the first part, a needs assessment is to be carried out in accordance with DIN 18205, including a comprehensive inventory of all the buildings and facilities of the Stadthalle, as well as the inclusion of user and stakeholder management. From the results of the needs assessment, a viable renovation concept is to be developed. Various concept variants are to be subjected to a cost-benefit analysis. Finally, a preferred variant is to be elaborated and, after consultation with the municipal users and owners, submitted to the city council for approval.
