Messe Karlsruhe is one of the established exhibition and congress venues in Germany and a leading organiser in one of Europe's strongest economic regions. In addition to a wide range of in-house events, we are also known for the professional organisation of national and international guest trade fairs and guest congresses. Approximately 280 events (around 45 trade fairs, 90 congresses/conferences, 145 cultural events) attract up to 750,000 visitors and up to 7,500 exhibitors annually to the two locations of Congress Centre Karlsruhe and Messe Karlsruhe/Rheinstetten, including the respective open-air areas. Here, Messe Karlsruhe provides exhibitors, organisers and customers with a systematic, service-area-divided, retrievable service offer. To do this, it must be able to rely on contract partners who are professionally optimised, reliable and available, act in the sense of sustainability and appreciate and implement the chance of a continuous customer relationship in the interest of the event location Karlsruhe. Beyond the event operation, Messe Karlsruhe has a need for electrical engineering services in the field of building management at the Messe location. Electrical engineering services, which are described in more detail in the tender documents accompanying the invitation to tender, are being tendered for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030. The contracting company will have the right to perform the services in the event operation for Messe Karlsruhe and its customers at their event locations Congress Centre Karlsruhe and Messe Karlsruhe/Rheinstetten, as well as the right to carry out the necessary electrical engineering services in the field of building management at the Messe location.
