Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026 - 20 - Peginterferon beta 1a

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Peginterferon beta 1a. The contract will be concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, and uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, commencing on 01.08.2026. The contract will end at the latest on 31.07.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract will automatically terminate at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity.
