At Morgenstelle 36, 72076 Tübingen, Tübingen, Universität, NWI, Replacement New Build Bio, Architectural services according to Part 3, Section 1 HOAI. The intention is to commission specialist planning services for the facade design of the Replacement New Build Biology project. The building complex consists of 2 components. Component 1, with a length and width of 55 m by 55 m, envisages a 7-storey structure inserted into the hillside. This primarily contains office and laboratory spaces. Component 2 will, as far as possible, accommodate all research animal husbandry and animal experimentation areas, as well as the essential associated office and infrastructure areas. The facade design of Component 1 envisages the development of a green facade and/or one with PV elements. The facade of Component 2 envisages a glass facade suitable for laboratory construction. The costs for the new build amount to approximately 275 million euros GBK. Of this, approximately 15 million euros are budgeted for the facade. Bidders are to develop solution proposals for the planning task according to § 76 para. 2 VgV, which will be decisive for the selection of the contractor.
