The subject of the joint procurement are Microsoft CSP licenses, Nexetic backup products, Microsoft expert services and SSH's secure communication solutions, offered to customers in the Velora Oy procurement unit's framework agreement. The joint procurement is divided into different sub-areas (OA). Sub-areas may include, for example, licenses, expert services, implementation, development and change projects, continuous maintenance of services, and training services. The expert services classification has utilised the sub-areas of the Microsoft Solutions Partner Designation program. The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas:

OA2: Microsoft Modern Work and Cybersecurity

OA3: Microsoft Azure and Cybersecurity

OA4: Microsoft Business Applications and Cybersecurity

OA5: Microsoft SOC and Cybersecurity

OA6: Secure Communication

The objective of the procurement is to offer Velora's customers high-quality and competitively priced licenses and services. Velora competes for and manages the joint procurement arrangement. The purchaser makes a purchaser-specific order and is responsible for their own orders, implementations and the costs associated with them, unless otherwise specified in the tender or agreement. A purchaser-specific contractual relationship is established between the supplier and the purchaser for the provision of the service. The supplier's participation is not limited between sub-areas, but the same supplier may participate in and be selected for multiple sub-areas. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 1.2, Description of the Subject of the Procurement. The organisations involved in the joint procurement are listed in Annex 7.
