This notice concerns the "CANDIDATURE" phase of a service contract for the provision of "Liabilities and ancillary risks" insurance for the needs of the DEPARTEMENT DE LA CHARENTE-MARITIME. The contract concerns the implementation of insurance coverage for the financial consequences of the liability that the Department may incur due to damage or injury caused to third parties by the activities, property, or persons directly or indirectly in the service of the community, as a result of the personal liability of public managers, both in relation to the insured and to third parties, and the right to functional protection of all its agents.
