The Area A is a construction site of approximately 5,500 m2, on which the construction of a new laboratory building with integrated office space, microbiological and chemical laboratory rooms and storage areas, the construction of a new car park to partially cover the parking space requirement on the Sipplinger Berg site and the construction of a central entrance gate are to be realised.
