Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości z terenu gminy Buk – Sektor II.

The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the following municipalities, constituting separate sectors 1) Sector II – the area of the municipality of Buk. 2. The waste to be collected will be: 1) from property owners where residents live, 2) from holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes, 3) from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located at: a) ul. Przemysłowa 10 in the locality of Buk (Sector II), 4) from pharmacies located in the area of: a) the municipality of Buk – Sector II (collection of expired medicines), 5) from electrical points located in: a) Buk, at the intersection of ul. Dworcowa with ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki (Sector II). 6) from properties indicated by the Contracting Authority if such a need arises in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Sector II). 3. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of the collected waste and its unloading at the Municipal Facility - PreZero Recycling Zachód Sp. z o.o. in Piotrowice Pierwsze 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń.
