The Federal Association of Consumer Organisations (vzbv) bundles the expertise of 16 consumer centres and more than 30 consumer policy associations - including over 2,000 organisations and seven million individual members - for strong consumer protection in Germany. The vzbv is the voice of consumers - and thus a decisive force in politics. We know what moves consumers and give them a voice in politics, business and administration. We expose structural deficiencies, identify consumer problems and develop solutions. In this way, we help to ensure that markets are designed to be transparent and fair. The tender for the cleaning or window cleaning of the office areas of the vzbv's properties will be tendered in three lots:
