The State Building and Property Management Office Neubrandenburg has been commissioned by the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to prepare an EW-Bau for the comprehensive renovation of Building 2, including the removal of hazardous materials, at the University of Applied Sciences in Güstrow. As part of a feasibility study, it was determined that the construction measure will be carried out in three construction phases. To ensure the continuation of teaching operations and to provide seminar rooms, interim accommodations are planned phase by phase in the building at Goldberger Straße 8 and in the container facilities A1 and A2. Scope of services: LST 1 (LPH 2-4), optionally LST 2,3,4 (LPH 5-8) with average planning requirements. The billable costs amount to 5.328.000,00 gross for cost category 300 and 3.769.000,00 gross for cost category 400. The start of construction is planned for 2028 and the completion for 2031.
