The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of an integrated case management system for the use of the Council of State. The subject of the procurement, as well as, for example, alternative platform solutions, are described in more detail in Annex 1 (Description of the subject of the procurement) and in the other annexes to the application for participation. The solution to be produced for the needs of the Council of State has a user base of approximately 6,000 people. 160,000–195,000 documents are produced for the case management system annually. Some of the annexes and requirements describing the system to be procured will be provided at a later stage to the bidders selected for the competitive dialogue procedure.
