The Bürgerstiftung Bietigheim-Bissingen intends to construct a new multi-family residence at Panoramastraße 44, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen. The foundation is a municipal foundation under civil law with the aim of promoting community-oriented projects, particularly in the field of affordable housing. The planned building will have 6 residential units, some of which will be subsidized and some barrier-free. The building permit application has already been submitted, a building permit is in place, and the design phase is largely complete. The total residential area is approximately 440 m2 with a gross floor area of around 837 m2. The subject of this negotiated procedure is the provision of services for the award of a planning contract for the incorporation as well as the performance phases 6-9 of the project planning in the scope of services "Building and Interior Spaces" according to HOAI 2021 §§ 33 - 37.
