The aim of the tender is to find a reliable partner with whom BGZ can establish an efficient safety organization. Furthermore, BGZ wants to be able to respond to future developments by drawing on the experience and expertise of a capable security service company that can provide security and service in various areas. Tasks at security installations

• Operation of technical security installations

• Checking and evaluating reports

• Checking the functionality of the security installations

• Reporting of indicated faults or detected malfunctions

Tasks in guard and patrol service

• Monitoring of security-relevant house rights areas

• Guard and patrol in the outer security area, if necessary also in the inner security area

• Observation of the outer security area

• Checking the integrity of the enclosures including the drive-through protection and the security fence

• Checking persons at/in outer and, if necessary, at inner security areas

• Observation of the airspace in the area of the plant, especially in the event of a flight restriction area

• Reporting of possible violations of the flight restriction area

Tasks in control and escort

• Checking the identity and access authorization of persons

• Checking the material and vehicle traffic

• Control (follow-up) of persons and vehicles for unauthorized items

• Escorting persons and vehicles

• Storage, issue and handling of security-relevant keys

• Briefing of police, fire brigade and rescue services

Tasks in special hazard situations or failure of security installations

• Intensification of general monitoring and control

• Occupying special posts and patrols in/at the outer and inner security area

• Taking over additional and compensating for failed monitoring and control functions
