The subject of this contract is the award, through an open procedure, of a turnkey project that includes the design, development, configuration, implementation, commissioning, hosting, preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of a single comprehensive BackOffice system for the management of SEITT's toll roads. The system must serve the toll roads R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, M-12, AP-41, AP-36 and AP-7 Cartagena-Vera, based on the lane toll system developed in the tender with reference: 20261006-V. To this end, it must be based on standard interfaces and integration mechanisms designed from the outset to facilitate the incorporation of new toll roads, lanes or systems without impacting service continuity, with security taken into account from the start of the design.
