The subject of the contract is: the supply of factory-new spare parts, components and consumables for BH-3000 and DH 250, DH-L500, DH-L600, DH-L800 underground coal mining loaders operating in coal mines in areas at risk of methane and coal dust explosions, divided into 2 Tasks, in accordance with the description. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Section III SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract. 3. The subject contract is a sector contract within the meaning of Article 7(35) of the Pzp.
