Portugal – Food-preparation equipment – Aquisição de equipamentos para as cozinhas dos hospitais da ULS Tâmega e Sousa

Public procurement procedure for the acquisition of equipment for the kitchens of the ULS Tâmega e Sousa hospitals, promoted by the Hospital Common Use Service (SUCH). The object includes, among others, food cutting and mixing equipment (cutter-mixer) for bench preparation of modified texture diets, with specific technical characteristics (e.g. stainless steel bowl, stainless steel serrated blade, power of 1500 W, asynchronous motor, three-phase voltage 400 V, speed between 1500 and 3000 rpm), all goods must be supplied in perfect working condition, with full compliance with applicable technical and legal specifications, and equipped with all necessary supporting material for their entry into operation.
