Poland – Software development services – Modernizacja systemu Egeria 6.0. posiadanego przez Zamawiającego

The subject of the contract is the modernisation of the Egeria 6.0 system owned by the Contracting Authority. Basic Contract: Modernisation of the Egeria 6.0 system currently used by the Contracting Authority, including the following scopes: 1) Database update and technological modernisation in terms of the interface; 2) Delivery of the Employee Portal collaborating with modules of the modernised system; 3) Additional development services. Contract under the right of option: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use the right of option based on Article 441 of the Act. The contract under the right of option includes the provision of services covering consultancy, development, implementation, programming and analytical services in a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 2000 hours. With regard to programming services – their provision is linked to the obligation to grant the Contracting Authority a license. In particular: • Analytical services, including training for the Contracting Authority's employees presenting the system's capabilities; • System changes resulting from the Contracting Authority's individual requirements, which can be implemented through system configuration; • System changes resulting from the Contracting Authority's individual requirements, which require the system to be enhanced with new functionalities. The Contracting Authority's use of the right of option is its exclusive right and is dependent on the Contracting Authority's identified needs. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to implement the contract under the Right of Option, in part and to assign only part of it, depending on the needs identified by the Contracting Authority and the financial resources available to the Contracting Authority. In the event that the Contracting Authority does not use the right of option in full, the Contractor will be entitled to remuneration only to the extent indicated by the Contracting Authority in its statement of use of the right of option.
