The Window – La Défense, RTE's headquarters, is undergoing a comprehensive reconfiguration of its spaces to increase the site's capacity and boost the number of collaborative spaces. As part of this, the project will start in October 2026 and be completed by the end of the first semester of 2028. The works will be carried out in 7 waves, floor by floor, with each wave involving a phase of dismantling certain existing rooms, followed 2 to 3 months later by the fitting out of new rooms and the reinstallation of some of the removed equipment. Each wave involves dismantling approximately 25 rooms or pods and fitting out and/or reinstalling approximately 35 rooms or pods. The service covers all the necessary operations: • Controlled dismantling of existing equipment (audiovisual, cabling, supports, accessories) with sorting, traceability, and storage with enhanced protection in the building for reuse or recycling. Duration of dismantling: 4 days per floor. • Procurement of materials: screens, supports and stands, videoconferencing bars, codec supports, cameras and microphones, docking stations, MTR/UC, cabling... The new equipment procured for each wave must be stored by the contractor until the first day of the installation phase. • Installation of new room typologies: screens, MTR/UC, sound system, microphony, cabling, signage and network/electricity connections for new equipment or reuse of existing equipment. Duration of installation: 5 days per floor. • Full commissioning: parameter setting, functional testing, room-by-room acceptance, "as-built" documentation, identification, and support for key users. • The interventions will be organised in waves, in coordination with the site's access, co-activity and logistics constraints. The spaces concerned range from 4-person pods to large rooms for 20 people.
