The subject of the contract is the supply of factory-new self-propelled mining machines (SMG) intended for transporting people in the underground workings of hard coal mines, under conditions of methane and dust hazard (Stage 1 of the contract) and maintenance service (Stage 2 of the contract), in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Section III of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Contract. 3. The subject contract is a sector contract within the meaning of Article 7(35) of the Pzp Act.
