Romania – Personal computers – ,,Sisteme de Calcul All in One (AiO) și Calculatoare Industriale”

The contracting authority wishes to procure 350 units of All in One (AiO) Computing Systems and 50 units of Industrial Computers, with the components and technical characteristics specified below, which must retain at least the characteristics defined in the current situation description and include at least the functionalities presented below. The procurement is organised in lots, with suppliers able to participate, at their choice, in a single lot or in both. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documents (Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016 and Article 103(1) of Government Decree 395/2016, as amended and supplemented), with a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. - The contracting authority will respond collectively, clearly, and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders (Article 160(2) and 161(1) of Law 98/2016 and Article 27(2)-(4) and Article 103(2) of Government Decree 395/2016). - The contracting authority will not respond to a request for clarifications/additional information, received in the 17-day period before the deadline for submission of tenders, the request being considered as having been submitted late.
