The subject of the Procurement is the development of a comprehensive Masterplan for the "Health" area and the preparation of functional and user requirements for the Tropical Pavilion in the Botanical Garden in Łódź, with integration with the Orientarium and the urban fabric. The "Health" area refers to the area located in the south-western part of Łódź, indicated in Annex No. 1, with particular consideration of the already functioning facilities in this area: Atlas Arena, Municipal Sports Stadium and Municipal Sports Arena, Aquapark Fala, Łódź Meadows, Park im. J. Piłsudskiego, Orientarium / Zoo and Botanical Garden. It is an important part of the city not only due to the significant number of facilities, the amount and type of greenery, but also due to the numerous functions it performs, including those related to large events or events. Given its potential, as well as the growing needs of the city's residents and guests, it is reasonable to undertake actions aimed at the further, sustainable development of these spaces. The entire subject of the procurement can be divided into several elements: 1. Masterplan segment for the entire "Health" area, 2. Development plan for the Botanical Garden along with the new function of the tropical pavilion, namely: a) Spatial-functional segment, b) Location segment (option right), c) Program-user segment (option right), d) Budget-organizational segment, e) development of guidelines and program-conceptual records necessary for the contracting authority to announce a procurement for the construction, execution project and obtain a building permit for the PT in the space of the Botanical Garden (option right).
