By providing sensors, VDAB can objectively map the occupancy rate and comfort of their buildings. Based on this data, adjustments can be made to optimise the use of the buildings. VDAB wishes to 1) monitor whether spaces are in use or not and what the occupancy rate/usage rate is of these spaces. 2) monitor whether workstations are in use or not and what the occupancy rate is of these workstations. 3) map and monitor the comfort of these spaces/workstations.
