This contract concerns the provision of a diagnostic mission (DIAG), as part of a design mission, in accordance with the articles R.2431-19 and following of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) and Annex 20 of the CCP. The services consist of providing the client with all the technical, functional, regulatory, energy, economic and heritage elements necessary to define the rehabilitation program and to prepare for any subsequent consultation for design or works. The details of the mission elements are defined in the "Engagement Contract" document and the CCTP.
