These are single- award framework agreements with call-off orders for works, with no annual minimum and an annual maximum of 3,000,000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive per lot. They are divided into 9 geographical lots, 3 per UT (territorial unit), namely lots 1, 2 and 3 (NORTH WEST UT), lots 4, 5 and 6 (NORTH EAST UT) and lots 7, 8 and 9 (SOUTH UT). All lots in this tender include a mandatory Optional Additional Service relating to standby for interventions following accidents, floods, fallen trees, collapses, and all urgent interventions will be the subject of a quarterly call-off order from the contracting authority or its representatives. The geographical area of intervention will be the entire Department. (see chapter III article 6 of the CCTP)
