France – Installation services of electrical equipment – Rénovation du contrôle commande de l'usine de Gerstheim

This ordinary framework contract, with a maximum duration of 9 years and 6 months (including 2 optional years) in one lot, meets the needs for renovation of the control and command systems of the Gerstheim power plant. The works concern the supply and installation of electrical power and control-command systems as part of the Modernisation and Standardisation of Hydraulics (MSH) project for the GERSTHEIM power plant. The plant is equipped with 6 bulb units. It discharges to the high-voltage substation located nearby. Energy evacuation to the substation is ensured by three two-winding HTA transformers, each shared by two alternators. Units G1 to G4 are from Neyrpic-Alsthom, while units G5 and G6 were built by SFAC-Jeumont. The two families have notable differences in the auxiliaries required for their operation. The continuity of the plant's flow is partially ensured by a discharge unit composed of three segment valves and by the capacity of the units to operate as a discharge unit.

•The works concern the renovation of the programmed or relayed automation of the various components and their instrumentation, the automation of the control and status logging of the units,

•The works concern the renovation of the control and protection automation of the energy evacuation sections of the HTA transformers,

•The works concern the renovation of the alternating current electrical distribution of the 6 units of the 3 production transformers,

•The works concern the renovation of the plant's control station,

•The works concern the renovation of the emergency discharge automation currently named “A2” which will become an APSD (Automate Programmable de Secours Déchargeur) after this MSH renovation,

•Technical options will be included in the following areas: Programming of the first-level control automates of the units, Installation of PI VISION or e-exploitation screens (kiosk service) G0X.AL0X.CG01 enclosure for non-PI2R units, Overspeed triggers G1/G2/G3, Life base 1 changing room and 1 refectory, Replacement of the bulb lights and sockets of the units, Replacement of the 60-tooth pole wheel
