Germany – Heating materials – Rahmenvereinbarung für Leistungen der Heizungsbauer zur Erstellung von Hausanschlüssen in Grünwald

The Erdwärme Grünwald GmbH (hereinafter "EWG" or "Contracting Authority") is a company of the municipality of Grünwald, represented by the 1st Mayor, Mr. Jan Neusiedl. It is a geothermal company that supplies the municipality of Grünwald with heat via a district heating network. Heat delivery began in October 2011. To date, approximately 2,000 customer contracts have been realised. The heat supply requires the installation of a house connection station (HAST) in the individual properties. The subject of the contract is therefore a framework agreement for services to create house connections in Grünwald and in the supply area of the Erwärme Grünwald GmbH, which are not located on the municipal area of Grünwald. The framework agreement will be concluded with two companies, provided that at least two eligible bids are received. The award of the specific individual orders is not part of this tendering procedure in the first step. These will only be awarded in a second step to the companies that receive the award in this tendering procedure and thus become contracting partners of the framework agreement.
