Dynamic Purchasing System (DIS) for vehicles and light trucks. Applications to the DIS can be submitted on a continuous basis. If the applicant meets the requirements set out in the DIS (complete the document skakrav and attach any requested appendices), they will automatically receive the "Specific Tenders" announced in the DIS in step 2. More information about what the DIS is and how to apply (step 1) and respond to "Specific Tenders" (step 2) can be found in the procurement documents. Important information: The supplier has the opportunity and is recommended to use the electronic ESPD form available in e-Avrop. If the Supplier chooses to respond to the ESPD form, no evidence/certificates regarding exclusion grounds need to be attached to the tender. However, other certificates should be attached if requested at the time of application, otherwise they will be requested after the application has been submitted. If ESPD has not been chosen, the declaration of honour and requested certificates should be attached to the application. See the ska-kravslistan.
