Poland – Electric buses – Zakup 3 sztuk zeroemisyjnego, elektrycznego taboru autobusowego na potrzeby komunikacji miejskiej w Stargardzie

1.1. The subject of the main contract is the supply of 1 unit of a large-capacity, low-floor, articulated, electric-powered city bus (hereinafter referred to as the MEGA vehicle). Option – increasing the order by 2 units of buses in the event of obtaining co-financing. 1.2. The offered vehicles must be new buses, designed in accordance with the principles of eco-design modular construction, produced in the year of delivery, by a single manufacturer with technical and operational parameters consistent with the documentation of the Procedure. The Contractor will provide a warranty of at least 60 months and a guarantee of 36 months for each bus. 1.3. The offered buses cannot be a prototype product. 1.4. The subject of the order also includes the delivery of: 1.4.1. 1 set of documents specifying the rules for providing warranty and service, in Polish, for each bus separately; 1.4.2. documents necessary for the admission of the offered buses to traffic in Poland, i.e. current type-approval certificates – with respect to each of the delivered buses separately; 1.4.3. 1 set of maintenance and repair documentation as well as regulatory and repair data, pneumatic and electrical circuit diagrams, repair instructions for all systems and devices necessary for proper operation, prepared in Polish – in electronic online form (access to the website) with access guaranteed for at least 15 years to at least 10 users simultaneously; 1.4.4. 1 catalogue of spare parts dedicated to the delivered buses in Polish – in electronic online form (access to the website) with access guaranteed for at least 15 years to at least 10 users simultaneously; 1.4.5. an operating manual for the buses for drivers in Polish – in a paper version in a quantity equal to the number of delivered buses and on a pen-drive; 1.4.6. 1 catalogue of repair time norms in Polish in electronic online form (access to the website) with access guaranteed for at least 15 years to at least 10 users simultaneously; 1.4.7. 1 list of operational materials used in the delivered buses and to be used (oils, greases, operating fluids, filters, fuses, light bulbs, etc.) with the capacity of the systems, quantity and marking – in electronic online form (access to the website) with access guaranteed for at least 15 years to at least 10 users simultaneously; 1.4.8. 1 set of diagnostic software together with the necessary diagnostic interfaces for their operation in Polish. It is required to deliver computer diagnostic programs enabling full diagnostics of the buses and all components mounted in the buses (in particular: drive, door control system, pneumatic installation, air conditioning, traction battery). The Contractor will grant a license for their use on 3 workstations and their updating according to the terms specified in the Agreement for a period of 15 years from the date of signing the Vehicle Acceptance Protocol for the last delivered vehicle. The Diagnostic Software must be installed and delivered with 1 portable computer device enabling the start-up and diagnostics of the vehicles. The Purchaser allows wireless communication with the Vehicle via Bluetooth; 1.4.9. The documents referred to in points 1.4.1, 1.4.2, 1.4.5 will be delivered with each bus. The remaining documents will be delivered with the first batch of Vehicles. The computer programs referred to in point 1.4.8 will be delivered with the first batch of Vehicles. 1.5. The subject of the order includes the delivery of necessary service devices and tools for operation and the conduct of trainings in accordance with the rules and deadlines indicated in the OPZ. 1.6. The subject of the main order includes the delivery of a plug-in service mobile charger with a power of at least 20 kW. 1 unit, equipped with a CCS 2.0 charging interface (Combo2, Type2/Mode4) in accordance with IEC 62196-3 or equivalent. 1.7. The right of option includes the delivery of a plug-in service mobile charger with a power of at least 20 kW. 1 unit, equipped with a CCS 2.0 charging interface (Combo2, Type2/Mode4) in accordance with IEC 62196-3 or equivalent. The remaining parameters have been specified in the procedure documentation.
