The GESOBAU AG plans to complete the construction project at its residential complex (WHG) 3202 Stollberger Str. 57 + 59 in 12627 Berlin, which has been dormant for three years. The project consists of a 14-storey high-rise building, a 7-storey corner building, both fully basemented, and an underground car park. The project management or project control for the partial renovation and completion of the new buildings includes the execution phase until the completion of the buildings, the underground car park and the outdoor facilities by a general contractor, as well as defect management for up to 5 years after completion of the construction work. The tendering and awarding of the general contractor will be the responsibility of the project manager.
