Hungary – Pharmaceutical products – Egyéb gyógyszertári termék (DBR)

The Semmelweis University University Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Institute requires the procurement of other pharmaceutical products within the framework of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR). The duration of the DBR is 60 months, during which the Inviting Authority wishes to conclude 12-48 month valid contracts/framework agreements/agreements.

*** Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), if the other procurement documents (procurement technical specification) refer to a specified standard, brand (product, item), origin or type of item, the designation was made only in the interest of clearly defining the nature of the subject, and the expression "or equivalent" must also be understood next to the designation, on the basis of which the Inviting Authority is obliged to accept the equivalent or the solution better than the one recorded in the documentation.
