Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Inspanningsgericht onderhoud meet- en regeltechniek Provincie Noord-Brabant

The Province of Noord-Brabant intends to launch a European public procurement procedure for the maintenance of the measurement and control technology of the Provincial House Noord-Brabant and the Museum Quarter in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The contract includes preventive and corrective maintenance, replacement of installation components, and ensuring the required condition in accordance with NEN 2767. This concerns installations that, due to their complexity and size, require bidders in the form of Priva System Integrators. This gives us the assurance that the new partner will have direct access to software licenses, hardware components, firmware updates, and the Priva Academy. Complex installations such as networks with Priva Blue ID, Top Control, or cloud-based Digital Services require a partner with an extensive service department. The procurement aims to contract one contractor for a reliable and future-proof maintenance service for a period of 10 years. The contract concerns the performance-oriented maintenance of the measurement and control technology for the Provincial House Noord-Brabant and the Museum Quarter in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The current property size is approximately 67,000 m² BVO. The scope of the contract is dynamic and may change during the contract period as a result of the addition, modification, or removal of buildings, building parts, or installations.
