Subject of this tender are general contractor services in the German-, French- and Italian-speaking parts of Switzerland within the framework of a framework agreement. The contract duration is three years with an option to extend by a further two years. Specific order for ballast replacement (BR) and substructure renovation (SSR) on tracks and switches. The bidder must be able to implement track renewal projects as a general contractor (GC). The order is usually placed from SIA phase 51 (execution project). In certain cases, prior involvement of the company is required so that it can create the construction phase planning during phases 31–33. There is no obligation to purchase from SBB AG (no entitlement to exhaust the contract sum by the end of the contract period, incl. option). Content of this lot: Type / Kind: Special lot for ballast replacement (BR) and substructure renovations (SSR) for tracks and switches, whole of Switzerland. Implementation as general contractor. Description: Specialised BR/SSR lot for track projects (partly with switches) with construction lengths of approx. 1000 m to max. 9000 m. Civil engineering work is also to be carried out. Special features: No ballast cleaning work is to be carried out. Volume/Quantity: Annual volume at approx. 5-10 km ballast replacement and substructure renovation. Guaranteed annual minimum acceptance quantity of 5 km/year substructure renovations. There is no minimum acceptance quantity for pure ballast replacement (without SSR). The annual theoretical maximum volume is twice the minimum acceptance quantity, i.e. 10 km/year substructure renovations. This value is decisive for the quantity discount. Premiums: A premium
