Comment: This is the renewal of the insurance portfolio of the Commune, the CPAS and the OTJS of Jalhay (joint procurement). The present contract is a joint procurement led by a single contracting authority (lead contractor), the Commune of Jalhay, and this, in order to meet common needs. The present contract concerns in particular the award of the following insurances: * Lot 1: "Material Damage" (Commune, CPAS and OTJS); * Lot 2: "Civil Liability" (Commune, CPAS and OTJS); * Lot 3: "Personal Insurance (Accidents)" (Commune and CPAS); * Lot 4: "Motor Insurance" (Commune and CPAS); * Lot 5: "Cyber Risk" (Commune, CPAS and OTJS).
