Purchase, delivery, installation and configuration of an external LED screen, including commissioning at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław

The scope of the order includes the execution of construction works, as well as the delivery, installation, configuration, integration and commissioning of the technical systems necessary for the modernisation of the stadium infrastructure, along with the execution of preparatory and design works, demolition works, necessary installations, carrying out tests, trials and measurements, preparation of post-construction documentation and training of the ordering party's staff. The detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Subject of the Order Description (SOD), which is the documentation for the subject task together with the scope of works, being an annex to the Order Conditions Specification (OCS). The order is of a mixed nature and consists of supplies, services and construction works. The contractor is obliged to develop and submit to the ordering party a physical-financial schedule for the implementation of the subject of the order within 10 days from the date of the contract signature. The schedule is subject to the ordering party's acceptance. The schedule should include a breakdown of works into stages with the allocation of financial values and their implementation deadlines. Payments will be made in accordance with the approved schedule, on the basis of partial invoices and a final invoice. The ordering party will ensure investment supervision over the implementation of the subject of the order through the appointed investment supervision inspectors, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law. All works acceptance, including partial acceptance and final acceptance, will be carried out with the participation of the relevant investment supervision inspectors, and the acceptance protocols will require the signature of the ordering party's representative and the relevant investment supervision inspector.
