France – Building installation work – Marché global de performance orienté « Systèmes » Pour la rénovation énergétique de 67 sites du patrimoine du Département

The consultation concerns the award of a Global Performance Contract (GPC) for the provision of energy performance enhancement services for 67 colleges in the Department of Seine-et-Marne. In accordance with Article L 2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code, the GPC will combine design, implementation, operation and maintenance services to meet quantified performance objectives. The use of a global performance contract is justified by the setting of quantified and measurable objectives for real energy performance and/or air quality and/or winter thermal comfort and/or summer thermal comfort: Overall objective: 30% EF (in final energy, all energies combined) Minimum objective per site: 10% EF (in final energy, all energies combined).
