The framework agreement for works will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. Minimum VAT-exclusive amount for the total duration of the contract: 160 000 Euro(s) VAT-exclusive. Maximum VAT-exclusive amount for the total duration of the contract: 4 800 000 Euro(s) VAT-exclusive. Initial period of one year from 01/01/2027 or from the notification if later than 01/01/2027 and renewable 3 times. Advance of 10% Social and environmental clause.
