The subject of the contract is the construction of a new facility, consisting of two buildings, where the operation of guided missiles Derby and Python-5 will be ensured during assembly, disassembly, inspections and storage. The core of the construction is a blast-resistant bunker, to which administrative, storage and laboratory facilities are connected, which are capable of protecting the personnel from the effects of the combustion products of the starting and flight engines of the guided missiles.

The construction will be carried out in the scope and according to the construction documentation prepared by INTAR, a.s., IČ 255 94 443, under the contract number 21041401-4 (hereinafter referred to as "PD") and the building permit issued under the number 37-05-25 (file number: 83115/2025-1322) of 21.11.2025, which became legally binding on 25.11.2025.
