Extension of the Musée du Léman through the complete renovation of the five existing buildings, as well as a contemporary extension, integrated into the site. All ordinary services as per SIA 108 regulation in the following specialised fields: * Heating/refrigeration * Ventilation/air conditioning * Coordination * Building automation for the SIA phases: 31 Preliminary design, 32 Design, 33 Permit application, 41 Tendering, 51 Execution design, 52 Construction, 53 Commissioning and completion. The following amounts for the works are currently considered: CFC 23 Electrical installations: 1,700,000.- VAT included CFC 24 Heating, ventilation: 2,975,000.- VAT included CFC 25 Sanitary installations: 725,000.- VAT included CFC 33 Electrical installations: 300,000.- VAT included CFC 35 Professional kitchen: 300,000.- VAT included CFC 44 Installations: 200,000.- VAT included
