Transition intends to procure a 3PL solution for the management of the HVK (High Value Component) pool, where the supplier holds the operational responsibility for reception, storage, distribution, quality assurance, maintenance support, and administration. The supplier shall provide these services in accordance with the processes, volumes, and requirements described in step 2 of this procurement process. The storage services listed below are fundamental parts of the assignment and will be included in the agreement between the parties. In addition to the storage services, the supplier must also be able to offer Value Added Services (VAS).
