The result of the public procurement conducted as a Negotiated Procedure with publication is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of goods for 48 months with the three selected suppliers with the lowest price offer for the model case. Subsequently, the procedure will follow § 132 paragraph 3), letter a) of the law (i.e. public procurement based on the Framework Agreement with a procedure with a renewed competition among the participants of the Framework Agreement, as this procedure is described in Article III of the said Framework Agreement) and Purchase Contracts will be concluded. The fulfilment will take place according to the Purchase Contract based on the Partial Contract (orders).
