Poland – Insurance services – Świadczenie usług kompleksowego ubezpieczenia Gminy Niepołomice - Urząd Miasta i Gmina Niepołomice oraz jednostek organizacyjnych

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive insurance services for the Municipality of Niepołomice - the City Office and the Municipality of Niepołomice, as well as its organisational units. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts as follows:

1) Part No. 1: Provision of comprehensive insurance services for the Municipality of Myślenice together with its units in the scope of:

• Voluntary civil liability insurance for the conducted activity and property ownership,

• All-risk property insurance,

• All-risk electronic equipment insurance.

2) Part No. 2: Provision of comprehensive insurance services for the Municipality of Myślenice together with its units in the scope of transport insurance

• Compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners,

• Comprehensive vehicle insurance,

• Assistance insurance,

• Insurance for the consequences of driver and passenger accidents.

3) Part No. 3: Provision of comprehensive insurance services for the Municipality of Myślenice together with its units in the scope of Accident and Health (A&H) insurance

• A&H insurance for volunteer firefighters (variant I),

• A&H insurance for volunteer firefighters (variant II),

• A&H insurance for Village Headmen/Collectors.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the confidential part, i.e. in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers independently for each part. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or all parts of the contract.
