1. The subject of the procurement is the supply, delivery, installation, setup and commissioning of brand-new furniture and furniture fittings at the Contracting Authority's locations in accordance with the requirements specified in the Subject of Procurement Description, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 2. A detailed description, scope, conditions and method of execution of the subject of the procurement in respect of each part are specified in: Annex 1 to the SWZ – Subject of Procurement Description and Annex 7 to the SWZ – Contract Draft. 3. The Contracting Authority accepts partial tenders, where a part (task) is: Part 1 – supply of office chairs and armchairs, Part 2 – supply of office furniture, Part 3 – supply of made-to-measure furniture.
